Earthjustice represented LEAN in a major Clean Air Act case that we won. This blocks the EPA from allowing boilers to be used as incinerators. Boilers are not designed to properly dispose of hazardous waste.

air quality in the Baton Rouge area. Instead of continuing this
successful program DEQ shuts it down early. This program is vital to
our health and our economy. Please call the Governor's office and ask
that the Baton Rouge area monitoring program be continued. It's also
called the "HRVOC AOC" program.

be spending 2 to 4 hours several times a month on a boat monitoring
conditions in the Mississippi River. No experience needed, just a
dedication to cleaning up our River.
