Exploring who we are, what our environment is, what we depend on from the environment, and how our community and our choices shape the things we depend on from our environment.

The following activities can be completed sequentially or can be completed individually. They can also be completed as introductory activities for lessons from units 2 and 3 as the “Engage” portion of a 5E lesson plan. They are appropriate for all grade levels and can be implemented as part of an English, Science, or Social Studies class. They can also be used as community-building activities.
